Rather than guess, we engage independent Quantity Surveyors to prepare detailed, line-by-line BOQs. This allows you — and your architect — to understand costs early, plan with clarity, and avoid costly surprises later on.

What Kind of Timelines Should You Expect?
There’s no one-size-fits-all, but as a reference:​

• Design & documentation: 4–8 months

• Planning & consultant approvals: 2–6 months

• Construction: typically 10–16 months
